As part of the European Union Culture Week, the Delegation of the European Union and the European Union member states invited several artists from the countries of the European Union to conduct master classes and display European art and culture.

The invited artists from France and Germany Theo Eshetu and Robert Kachen represented by Samuel Malfatti conducted a series of master classes in video art creating a new video art piece for an installation exhibited in the Art Gallery of the Academy of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan.
